Passport Day Canceled? We Can Help!

Sequestration Cancels Passport Day

Saturday, March 9th, was supposed to be the 5th annual “Passport Day in the USA,”…but this year, it will have to be put on hold as automatic budget cuts loom.

On Passport Day, Americans could turn in their passport applications at State Department passport agencies across the country on a Saturday without making an appointment. Normally, if you want to apply directly at one of the country’s 25 regional passport agency locations, you need an appointment and proof of travel within the next two weeks — and they are NEVER open on weekends.
