Passport Requirement – Proof of Travel

You must submit a printed document proving that you have upcoming travel. Accepted proof of travel include:

1. An electronic ticket with an airline or e-mail confirmation of your airline ticket.
2. A reservation with an airline.
3. A reservation with a travel agency.

Your company letter must include:

• Anticipated dates of business travel
• Brief statement describing the nature of business to be performed
• Original signature of someone in your organization other than yourself
